Repairs to Elevado Road are moving ahead, and the support of the residents has been amazing! Now it’s time to focus on Camino Cantera!
Didn't we just save Elevado Road?
As we explained in the Elevado Road project, each finger road is separate project, funded solely by the property owners who use that road to access their property. This is only fair, as the majority of residents do not wish to participate in funding roads they do not use.
How much will this cost?
Each Owner’s share is determined by the length of Camino Cantera they use to get to their property, as measured by its distance from the bottom of the hill at the intersection of Camino Cantera and Elevado. A spreadsheet of costs is now available: Camino Cantera Rate Sheet for Owners (PDF)
Will there be an info meeting for Camino Cantera residents?
Yes, a group of volunteers held an informational meeting on February 20 to discuss the Camino Cantera plan, answer questions, and allow residents to pay their fair share. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for location details.
Will properties on Via Subria, Mirador, and Panoramic Estates participate in contributing to repaving Camino Cantera?
Yes, all owners who use Camino Cantera to get to their property, as measured by its distance from the bottom of the hill at the intersection of Camino Cantera and Elevado.
